Brewing Recipes

Extract Based - India Pale

MALT: 6.6 Lbs Light Malt , 1 Lbs Light Dry Malt

GRAINS: 8 oz Crystal 40L , 8 oz Cara-Pils

HOPS: 1/2 oz Galena @boil, 1 oz Columbus @ 40 minutes, 2 oz Cascade @ 55 minutes

YEAST: White Labs California Ale Yeast

EXTRAS: 1 tsp Gypsum @boil, 1 tsp Irish Moss @40 minutes, 3/4 cup bottling sugar
